3. CompAssure – A Worker’s Compensation program included within STAR, claims over $10,000 are flagged and given individual attention by our team. We work directly with the insurance company adjuster to ensure proper care is provided to the injured employee while balancing the insurers reserve and the need to close the claim in a timely fashion so as to minimize the impact on the experience mod factor. The result is an average claim reduction between 20% - 30%.
